Yes we do help customize products for bulk orders only as per your occasions and needs.
Q. Does Amba Handicraft charges sales tax.?
We provide free shipping worldwide. The cost of the product is inclusive of all the export packing charges, courier pick-ups, all the Indian export taxes and clearance charges too. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where nominal additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Thus all taxes are part of the prices you see on the website. There are no hidden charges. What you see is what you pay.

Q. What is your return policy.?
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange when and only if:
1.If an incorrect product was delivered to you by any chance, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
2. If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.
3. Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
4. Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
