Shipping process:
Once the order is placed our expertise artisans would start the process for the final finishing of the product. P.s every brass product goes through final finishing especially for you, with all the attention and care it requires to make the finest quality artifact. Other products except brass takes 3-6 days for the finishing and packaging. Every product we sell is designed to be the best and built to last. Final finishing of brass artifacts takes between 7-9 days. The shipping process will take approximately 7 to 12 days to reach your doorstep.
General Terms and conditions for international shipping:
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We suggest you take unboxing pictures/videos.
In the case of a damaged product, you must inform us within 48 hours of product delivery, else it is not eligible for return.
Amba Handicraft does not guarantee any time limit of delivery. In odd instances, a consignment may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as, Flight delays, remote locations, custom procedure etc we still try and deliver your order within 24days from the date the order is placed.
After the dispatch of the shipment, the customer shall be communicated by email, a package tracking number and a link to track the package. This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the buyer.
That while surfing the website and placing the order, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to fill in the correct details and place orders. Once the order has been placed and the transaction stands complete, Amba Handicraft shall not be responsible for any wrongly filled information or data. However, the customer can contact the concerned officials of Amba Handicraft through the given channel, nevertheless, it shall be the sole discretion of Amba Handicraft to entertain such requests of the customer. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. In case, the customer provides wrong/insufficient address and the product gets delivered at the address provided by the customer which later turns out to be the wrong address, Amba Handicraft shall not be responsible for any refunds, returns or any other support whatsoever.
Amba Handicraft has no control over and is not in-charge of the substance on any connected site. The connected destinations are for user convenience only and you access at your own risk.
the customer shall solely be responsible for any mishaps while operating this website and Amba Handicraft shall not held liable to or any of its affiliates for any data leak or transactional hazards.
That in case of any dissatisfaction towards the services and/or products of Amba Handicraft, the customer shall first approach to the concerned officer of Amba Handicraft to resolve the issue. We are committed to serve our customers in the best possible way and will try to resolve as soon as possible.
Cancellation of an order is only possible within 24hours of the order placed. As every product is made by order.
Shipping Cost:
We provide free shipping worldwide. The cost of the product is inclusive of all the export packing charges, courier pick-ups, all the Indian export taxes and clearance charges too. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where nominal additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
Reverse pick-up service:
- We don’t provide any reverse pick-up service in International orders. In case of approved eligibility to return the product the respective consumer has to bear the charges to return the product in its original form plus the insurance. Any damages in the transport will be bear by the consumer. Thus we advise you to approach the authentic courier service for the product to be returned to us. If customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit, no refund will be applicable.
- We do provide reverse pick-up service in domestic orders. In case of approved eligibility to return the product the consumer can reach out to us for further details of the reverse process.
